Role Summary
The Executive Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth through end-to-end sales activities, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing accounts within the market research domain. The role focuses on lead evaluation, client engagement, and achieving defined revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales activities and revenue generation
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the domestic market
- Identify key decision-makers and understand prospect requirements, challenges, and opportunities
- Evaluate and qualify leads to assess fit for offered services
- Acquire new client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage professional email communication with prospective and existing clients
- Support client discussions, proposals, and bidding processes
- Track sales pipeline and report progress against targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to interact with clients
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and demonstrate persistence
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to support lead generation, and initial client outreach activities.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication; basic CRM exposure preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development within Market Research (MR) industry
- Good understanding of business development
- Understanding of market research methodologies, research approaches, and client bidding processes
- Experience in Domestic and/or international sales (B2B/B2C) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.

Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM
Work Mode : 6 days, Work from office
