Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Objective
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving enrollments by engaging with prospective learners from initial contact through final enrollment. The role focuses on converting interest into confirmed admissions, building a sustainable and high-quality enrollment funnel, and expanding reach through both inbound and self-generated leads.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM 12:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business/Management/Marketing)
- 03 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Admissions, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, calling platforms, and digital communication channels.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Own and manage all inbound inquiries across calls, email, WhatsApp, chat, and web forms, ensuring timely response and consistent follow-up until enrollment or closure.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospect goals, background, readiness to enroll, and decision-making factors.
- Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, professional networks, and self-driven prospecting efforts.
- Contribute to sustainable pipeline growth beyond inbound channels.
- Work closely with Admissions, IT, Data, and Academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for enrolled learners.
- Share market insights, prospect feedback, and conversation patterns with Marketing and internal teams to improve targeting and messaging.
