About the Company:
We are a fast-growing branding and digital marketing agency helping businesses build impactful brands through branding, website development, performance marketing, SEO, social media, and creative strategy.
We are looking for sales professionals who have prior experience selling digital marketing, branding, or creative agency services to businesses (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
·Generate and close new B2B business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, website development, and creative services.
·Engage with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
· Understand business challenges and recommend customized branding and digital marketing solutions.
· Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
· Work closely with strategy, branding, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
· Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales within a branding, digital marketing, advertising, creative, or web development agency.
· Proven experience selling services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Performance Marketing, or Creative Solutions.
· Experience handling consultative sales with business owners, founders, or marketing decision-makers.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
· Comfortable working with sales targets and revenue goals.
Preferred Skills:
· Existing network of business owners, startup founders, or corporate decision-makers.
· Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
· Understanding of branding, identity design, UI/UX, website development, and digital marketing services.
· Experience in proposal writing, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
