At Unbeaten Communications, we're growing fast and we're looking for a Business Development Executive who's hungry to build, pitch and win.

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital media & marketing

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Present and pitch our services social media, influencer marketing & content solutions

Develop long-term strategic partnerships with brands and agencies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in business development or sales (digital media / advertising preferred)

Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing accounts

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
