Key Responsibilities:
Generating leads and proactively connecting with prospects to identify potential business opportunities and drive salesgrowth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Analyze market trends to identify and establish competitive advantages.
Communicate effectively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Handle client interactions with tact and discretion.
Participate in discussions on strategic and sensitive matters.
Required Qualifications:
3 years to 5 years of experience in IT sales.
Must possess or know technical IT skills to understand client requirements, communicate effectively with technical teams,and offer suitable IT solutions.
Experience managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals.
Experience using lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, Appollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
Proven track record of successful sales performance.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
