Business Development Executive Det C Locations | Flow Business

Role Summary You are the enterprise hunter for your Det C. Your job is to sign enterpriseslogistics hubs, factories, warehouses, OEMswhere Nia residents can be deployed through Flow. You build the demand pipeline that fills our Nests with employed workers. Reports To Enterprise Sales Manager, Bangalore Team Size Individual Contributor Work Type Field + Office, 6 days/week Target 8-12 enterprises/quarter What You'll Do Hunt: Identify and map enterprises in your corridorfulfillment centers, manufacturing plants, 3PLs, quick commerce hubs. Build a pipeline of 50+ prospects. Pitch: Sell the Nia retention story: 85% retention vs 40% industry. Position housinglinked workers as lower-attrition, higher-productivity hires. Close: Negotiate commercial terms. Target: 1,500 ARPU per Flow placement. Secure monthly hiring mandates with volume commitments. Onboard: Coordinate with JCOs to match enterprise requirements with resident profiles. Ensure smooth deployment within 7 days of mandate. Retain: Own enterprise relationship post-deployment. Track 30-day retention. Expand wallet share with upsells and renewals. Intel: Feed market intelligence back to HQwage benchmarks, competitor moves, seasonal hiring patterns, new facility announcements.
