Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development / Customer Success Executive to support our UK market initiatives. The role involves client engagement, lead generation, market research, and coordinating with internal teams to build strong client relationships and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based prospects and clients.
• Conduct research on UK accounting industry trends and competitors.
• Create outreach content such as email templates and call pitches.
• Draft and manage client agreements for trial assignments.
• Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and internal sales and operations teams.
• Follow up with leads generated from industry events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support client engagement
initiatives.
