About the job

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships for TYC Communication. This role involves end-to-end sales ownership, from lead generation and cold pitching to proposal creation and deal closure. The candidate will actively engage with potential clients, conduct presentations, and ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships. Maintaining relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business is equally important. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a target-driven mindset to contribute to the company's overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily business development activities to achieve assigned targets
  • Identify and generate new leads aligned with TYC Communication's service areas
  • Conduct cold pitching and business development calls daily
  • Create and present professional business proposals and pitches
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and grow the client portfolio through targeted sales efforts
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Ensure timely and strict follow-ups on all business development leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience business development or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create professional proposals and presentations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and disciplined approach
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions
  • Good organisational and time-management skills

Minimum Experience: 3-4+ years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 in hand per month
