Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking and cold calling
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to expand professional network
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role within the civil or interior field
- 23 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Adept at conducting market research and analyzing data to identify new opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
Salary range: 25,000 35,000 per month
