BDE/ASE Roles & Responsibilities-
- BDE/ASE-FSD- Will be allotted area and generate new business as well as, will be responsible for primary/Secondary sales from Distributors.
- Identify incremental business opportunities by acquiring new FS Accounts and increase revenue for company in the respective location.
- Ensure representation of clients, communicating with the key customers of as required on matters, till such time the implementation is done and handover to concern distributor or Depot/BDE.
- Build relationship with key customers to position, the company to leverage business opportunities in respective location.
- Acquire new clients in his respective geographical scope.
- Monitor & achieve KPI's determined upon market condition.
- To understand Dynamics of primary & secondary sales, steam lining & new appointment of FS exclusive distribution network and also synchronize the working of Growth officers.
- Improve relationship with existing FS distributors, key customers, Big Government institutions by providing them right products and company of the services and address their issues & resolve them in time.
- Give rates to distributors and take booking from them, also send proposal to key customers.
- Guide the Growth Officer (SR) and help them in Day-to-Day working.
- Arrange weekly meeting to monitor- Weekly- Primary/secondary / New customers enhancement of the customers.
- Inventory management of the distributors and products sampling with prospective customers.
- Daily Calling of (3 New Call/4 Follow Up Calls/ 3 courtesy Calls) & Customers Data Management.
- Products sampling with prospective customers.
BDE/ASE Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Marketing with 2+ experience or Graduation + 05 Years exp. In Institutional sales, HoReCa/Food Service business.
- Effective distributor management- bring strong distributor selection, appointment, management, and motivational expertise into team. To be hands on in ensuring smooth business.
- Focus on new acquisition and retention of existing accounts.
- Should have selling skills & customer management skills.
- Timely submission of reports to the management.
- To be personally accountable for key customers, maintain personal connect and lead business growth there.
