Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Delhi, NY. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth targets. The role also involves developing strategies to drive business development initiatives and contributing to company success through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong grasp of core Business and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or CRO industry is a plus
  • Highly motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively
