Job Description

We're Hiring: Clients Relationship Manager

Location: Nagpur

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 13 years

Salary: 20k + variable (performance based)

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Research and identify potential clients in target industries.

Pitch company services through calls, in-person meetings, and presentations.

Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.

2. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

Guide new clients through the onboarding process.

Maintain regular communication with converted clients to ensure satisfaction.

Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or similar roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to client needs.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in handling client feedback and resolving issues efficiently.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the creative or digital marketing industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
