Business Development Associate (BDA)

We're looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Associate to join our rapidly growing EdTech team. In this role, you will connect with students and parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the right PW programsplaying a meaningful part in shaping their academic journey.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and nurture leads through calls or visits
  • Conduct virtual/in-person counseling sessions and home demos
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Gather customer insights to refine strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 13 years in sales/business development (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable with field sales, targets, and fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with CRM tools
  • Ability to build rapport with parents and address objections confidently
  • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
