About the Role
Trinity Global Workforce is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or B2B services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Create impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Understand client requirements and offer customized workforce solutions
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
• Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or workforce solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
