Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented professional who can take ownership of SEO, AI search visibility, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, pitching services professionally, and improving the company's discoverability across both traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar systems. This is a full-time office role based in New Delhi (East Delhi). The role combines SEO, AI Search Optimization, lead generation, outreach, and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & AI Search Optimization

  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Improve visibility across AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword, entity, and topical authority research.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, schema markup, and AI-friendly content.
  • Develop SEO and AI-focused content strategies, including FAQs, comparison pages, and knowledge-based content.
  • Monitor rankings, indexing, website traffic, and overall search performance.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
  • Build and maintain targeted lead databases.
  • Create and manage cold email campaigns and structured follow-up sequences.
  • Maintain professional communication with international prospects and clients.
  • Identify potential businesses requiring analytics and dashboard solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Pitch company services to potential clients in a structured and professional manner.
  • Conduct B2B outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Support conversion of leads into long-term clients.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, B2B outreach, or growth-focused roles is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO, technical SEO, semantic SEO, topical authority, and search intent
  • Knowledge of AI Search Optimization (GEO/LLM optimization) and conversational search ecosystems
  • Experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, and cold emailing
  • Ability to independently research, strategize, and execute growth initiatives
  • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills with ability to pitch services and manage client conversations
  • Understanding of professional email communication and structured follow-up systems
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset
  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B service businesses or consulting firms.
  • Understanding of analytics, dashboards, or Power BI industry is a plus.
  • Experience in international client outreach.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, digital PR, and authority-building techniques.
  • Must have previously managed and optimized campaigns via Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
