Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Toyo Kombucha is a fast-growing beverage brand focused on delivering refreshing and innovative kombucha drinks across India through retail, quick commerce, and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with new retailers, distributors, cafes, gyms, and HoReCa partners
  • Support expansion across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce platforms
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and deliveries
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
  • Visit market regularly for business development activities
Requirements
  • Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / FMCG / Beverage industry
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets preferred
  • Willingness to travel for market visits
