Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: IST working hours with flexibility to join calls in North America timezones (evening/late-evening IST) as needed

About the Role

We're hiring for enthusiastic Business Development Executives (Freshers) to drive lead generation, outbound outreach, and pipeline growth for our North American market. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales, learn modern sales tools, and work directly with international clients.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospects in the US and Canada - researching accounts, running outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for senior sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects in the North American market using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar tools
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand their requirements, and route them to the appropriate sales team member
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos with prospects, often in NA business hours
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, prospect conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback, target lists, and messaging refinement
  • Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target buyer personas
  • Participate in sales training, role-plays, and continuous learning programs

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication - neutral accent preferred for NA client interactions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-evening IST shifts to align with North America business hours
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and the sales funnel
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, and basic productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office)
  • Comfortable working from office full-time

Educational Qualification

MBA freshers also welcome to apply

Strong academic record is a plus, but communication and attitude matter more
