Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and student-centric Business Development Executive to support admissions growth for our IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs (Classes 6 to 12).
The role involves student counselling, admission consulting, parent communication, lead conversion, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident, empathetic, and capable of guiding students and parents toward the right academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Admission Consulting
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses.
- Understand student academic background, goals, and aptitude to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, teaching methodology, test schedules, fees, and academic roadmap clearly.
- Address parent concerns related to performance, pressure, and long-term career planning.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle walk-ins, inbound enquiries, calls, and digital leads.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
3. Parent & Student Communication
- Build trust-based relationships with parents through transparent and professional communication.
- Provide timely updates related to batches, admissions, tests, and academic processes.
- Coordinate with academic teams to resolve student or parent queries smoothly.
4. Business Development Support
- Assist in outreach activities, school tie-ups, seminars, and education fairs.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing on-ground insights and feedback.
- Help improve admission processes through continuous suggestions and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation education systems (preferred).
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and interacting with parents.
- Ability to work with targets in a professional and ethical manner.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets is a plus.
