About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and promote the company's legal tech solutions to corporates
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve product offerings.
- Track and update all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle the complete sales process independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business or Marketing
