Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Present and promote the company's legal tech solutions to corporates
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Track and update all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle the complete sales process independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business or Marketing
