Job Title: Business Development Executive (ERP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Inventory, and related products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and areas for business growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a mix of networking, digital outreach, and client referrals.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend customized ERP/Zoho-based solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, deliver compelling presentations, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Zoho CRM and regularly report market feedback and trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience selling Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects) or ERP systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with a focus on ERP solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Skilled in negotiation and deal closure across varying sales cycles.
- Capable of managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
