Thy Sigma Media Services is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can actively bring in clients, build partnerships, and convert opportunities into long-term collaborations. If you have a proven track record of closing deals and enjoy working in a fast-paced media environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients for media services including live streaming, event coverage, video production, and post-production
- Research the market, identify prospects, and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with event management companies, corporate clients, and agencies
- Pitch Thy Sigma's services confidently and negotiate commercial terms
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline reports
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated success in onboarding clients and closing deals (metrics will be discussed)
- Strong research skills and a goal-oriented, hunter mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Must be willing to work from our Seawoods, Navi Mumbai office
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed in-hand salary: INR 30K p.m.
