Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based role for a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves understanding market needs, closing deals, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in new Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Account Management to effectively engage and manage client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and navigate business environments to identify opportunities and create solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the digital marketing or creative agency space is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software would be advantageous.
