Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Business Development Executive (Sales) for an
onsite role. You will play a crucial part in expanding VMax Healthtech's customer base by selling our premium wellness, fitness, and nutrition programs. This role requires exceptional communication, strong consultative selling skills, and a passion for health and wellness.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for VMax Healthtech's premium health and wellness programs.
- Convert potential leads, free users, and enquiries into paying customers through effective sales strategies.
- Present product offerings clearly and persuasively during face-to-face meetings and onsite interactions.
Consultative Selling
- Understand client fitness goals, health concerns, and requirements to recommend the most suitable wellness plans.
- Provide product explanations, clarify benefits, and handle customer objections confidently.
Revenue Growth
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Execute the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closureefficiently and professionally.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and enhance client satisfaction.
Brand Representation
- Represent VMax Healthtech in onsite meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to brand awareness and market presence through high-quality customer engagement.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and opportunities with management to support business strategy.
Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales (Health & Wellness industry preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
Domain Knowledge
- Interest or basic understanding of health, fitness, and nutrition (added advantage).
Language
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi preferred).
Other Requirements
- Ability to work onsite at the designated location.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
