Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and work proactively to meet and exceed business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Business strategy development and implementation.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and related software solutions is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or related fields is desirable.
