We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring international IT projects through online platforms and direct outreach. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, proposal writing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Identify client requirements and submit customized proposals
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into projects
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and delivery support
- Meet monthly targets and revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in IT bidding / online sales
- Proven experience on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to work in night shift for international clients
