Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring international IT projects through online platforms and direct outreach. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, proposal writing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Identify client requirements and submit customized proposals
  • Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into projects
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and delivery support
  • Meet monthly targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in IT bidding / online sales
  • Proven experience on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Ability to work in night shift for international clients
