Role Overview:
The Business Development Intern will play a key role in driving outbound growth for TheHireHub.ai, with a strong focus on cold calling and direct client outreach. This is a high-intensity, front-line sales role where you will engage with decision-makers, generate new business opportunities, and build the initial pipeline for the sales team. The role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a consistent outreach rhythm. A full-time offer will be extended based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers across industries
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound prospecting and research
- Pitch TheHireHub.AI's platform effectively and articulate value propositions clearly
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach efforts
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the senior sales team
- Track outreach metrics, call outcomes, and pipeline progress
- Continuously refine pitch based on feedback and market response
- Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment challenges to improve conversations

- Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling and objection handling

- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales platforms is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
