Job Summary:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will be responsible for managing and
nurturing client relationships through digital platforms. The role involves providing
financial advisory services, cross-selling investment products, and ensuring a
seamless client experience without physical interaction.
Budget - Upto 5.5 Lacs
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and service a portfolio of clients through calls, emails, and virtual/Face to face meetings
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable investment products
Drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling of financial products
Maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently
Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client transactions
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/Marketing preferred)
1–4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services (Freshers
with strong communication skills can be considered)
NISM & CFP is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, FD's, PMS & AIF etc.)
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
