Job Title: Inside Sales Executive/Sr. Inside Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Sales Support

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing

Sales Development Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential K-12 schools through independent research, initiating cold calls, and introducing Extramarks Smart Class Solutions to key decision-makers. This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, the ability to build rapport with school stakeholders across regions and to maintain accurate Data in CRM.

Your core responsibility will be to search and connect with potential schools through various channels (online directories, school websites, referrals, local databases, etc.) and drive awareness about our offerings through targeted cold calling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently research and identify prospective schools in the assigned region using online

platforms, directories, local references, and other available resources.

• Initiate cold calls to schools and speak with key decision-makers (principals, coordinators, administrators) to introduce Extramarks Smart Class Solutions.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to pitch the value proposition aligned with NEP and curriculum needs.

• Build interest and generate qualified leads by understanding school requirements and pain points.

• Record key information and maintain lead data accurately in internal trackers and CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or telesales—

preferably in the EdTech, B2B, or education services sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage school leaders.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for outbound sales.

• Good knowledge of online research tools and lead sourcing techniques.

Fluency in regional language is mandatory:

Kannada (for Karnataka)

• Malayalam (for Kerala)

• Marathi (for Maharashtra)

Proficiency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.

• Graduation in any discipline is required; education/marketing background preferred.
