This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting account management processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategies to engage new ones, and collaborating across departments to align business development initiatives with broader company objectives.

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and fostering client relationships
• Proficiency in Business strategy and growth initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of the creative media and production industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
