Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing proposals. Daily responsibilities include researching potential customers, preparing presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the sales and design teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze sales trends
• Team Collaboration, Project Management, and Relationship Building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in exhibitions, events, or trade show management is preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
