Job Description

  • Role Overview

The BD Executive will be responsible for generating new business by promoting HR Outsourcing, Manpower Outsourcing, Statutory Compliance Services (PF, ESIC, P Tax, Labour Compliance), Payroll Outsourcing, and Recruitment Services. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, and closing deals.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients in Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality,

Construction, Education, Healthcare sectors etc.

Use online directories, LinkedIn, field visits, and cold calling to generate leads.

Maintain and update a leads database.

  • Client Meetings & Sales Presentations

Meet HR Managers, Factory Managers, Directors, and Business Owners.

Present company services professionally with proper understanding of HR & statutory

requirements.

Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into clients.

  • Proposal & Negotiation

Prepare proposals, service quotations, and commercial offers.

Negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining company margins.

Coordinate with internal HR & compliance team for technical inputs.

  • Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals.

Provide timely support and share updates on services.

Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly sales reports, client visit updates, and growth plans.

Maintain CRM or Excel trackers for pipeline and conversions.

  • Key Skills Required

Strong communication & presentation skills

Basic understanding of HR, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Payroll, Outsourcing

Good negotiation & closing ability

Confidence in field sales & corporate meetings

Ability to work independently & meet monthly targets

Familiarity with MS Excel, email writing, and lead tracking

  • Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services / staffing / IT services / facility

management

Freshers with strong communication may also apply

  • Compensation

Fixed Salary (Based on experience: 18,000 25,000 per month)

Retirement benefits like PF & ESIC.

Two wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
