We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Associate (IT Services)
Location: Guwahati / Hybrid
Experience: 0.5 3 Years (Freshers with strong sales mindset welcome)
Synthweb's builds real-world technology solutions including websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, cloud systems, and digital growth solutions. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can generate and convert tech project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
- Handle client communication from initial contact to closure
- Pitch Synthweb's tech and digital services effectively
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline)
- Assist with proposals, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Execute email marketing and digital outreach campaigns
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
Work Flexibility & Time Zone Availability
- Willing to work flexible hours when required
- Available for client meetings across multiple time zones including
- UK, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy, Europe, and Australia
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confidence in sales calls and client handling
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Good to Have
- Experience in IT services or agency sales
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
- LinkedIn B2B outreach experience
