Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive overall sales growth for Pearls Jewellery at Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Private Limited (KJPGPL). The role focuses on field marketing, corporate and institutional promotions, customer outreach, and strategic collaborations to increase showroom footfall and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Macro-Level Influencer Mapping (Hospitality & Tourism)

* Strategic Tie-ups: Identify and build deep personal relationships with General Managers, Front Office Managers, and Chief Concierges at Hyderabad's 5-star hotels (e.g., Taj Falaknuma, ITC Kohenur, Park Hyatt).

* The Gatekeeper Strategy: Train and incentivize hotel staff, chauffeurs of luxury car rentals, and premium tour guides to recommend our showroom as the authentic destination for Hyderabadi pearls.

* Guest Experience: Coordinate exclusive private viewing invites for VIP hotel guests and delegates.

2. Corporate & Institutional PR

* Corporate Gifting: Establish relationships with Admin and HR heads of MNCs (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.) to position our pearls as the preferred choice for corporate gifting and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.

* On-Campus Presence: Organize exclusive Pop-up Galas or Pearl Appreciation Workshops at corporate hubs and high-end gated communities to build brand desire.

3. Micro-Level Footfall Conversion

* Identify High-Traffic Nodes: Identify and partner with luxury lifestyle managers, wedding planners, and airport lounge coordinators who interact with tourists daily.

* Sentiment Management: Ensure that the brand is the top-of-mind recommendation when a tourist asks, Where can I buy the best pearls in the city

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, B2B promotions, corporate sales, or retail marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.

Work Timings:

  • 9 hours per day and 6 days per week
