We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
