Timing: 10:00pm to 07:00pm
Weekend: All Sunday & Second & fourth Saturday Off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and manage outboundsalescalls.
- Collaborate with thesalesand marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individualsalestargets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout thesalesprocess.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience insales, preferably in aninside saleor B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (experience with tools likeSalesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
