Teacher Training Institute of India, TTII, is expanding its admissions team and looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to build a career in the EdTech sector.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. This role requires strong follow up discipline, communication skills, and a target driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and conduct structured follow ups
Counsel prospective students on teacher training diploma programs
Convert qualified leads into admissions
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow up schedules
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target oriented and disciplined in follow ups
Experience in EdTech, inside sales, or B2B sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong sales intent and learning mindset may also apply
