Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for e-waste management services
  • Connect with corporates, IT companies, manufacturers, and institutions to Generate New leads
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred; IT/hardware sales is a plus)
  • Freshers with interest in sales are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of electronic products and IT hardware
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
