Job Description Business Development Executive (Industrial Packaging Solutions)
Department: Business Development
Reports to: Sales / Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore - Jigani
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business leads within targeted industries.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market demands and operational improvements.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service updates.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities through CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in logistics, industrial services, or project solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Kannada Speaking and understanding is mandatory
