Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Non-IT staffing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies in the Non-IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new clients for Non-IT staffing services across industries such as Electronics Manufacturing industry, Automotive Manufacturing industry, BFSI, Food Industry, oil and gas industry manufacturing, logistics, retail,
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure business continuity.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Work collaboratively with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Sales and Proposal Development
Prepare and present staffing proposals, including pricing, timelines, and resource plans.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team
Communicate client requirements to the recruitment team to ensure accurate candidate sourcing and placement.
Monitor the recruitment process to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
Analyze market data to refine sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of Non-IT industries and labor market dynamics.
