Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Associate (IT Services)

Location: Guwahati / Hybrid

Experience: 0.5 3 Years (Freshers with strong sales mindset welcome)

Synthweb's builds real-world technology solutions including websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, cloud systems, and digital growth solutions. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can generate and convert tech project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
  • Handle client communication from initial contact to closure
  • Pitch Synthweb's tech and digital services effectively
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline)
  • Assist with proposals, pricing discussions, and deal closures
  • Execute email marketing and digital outreach campaigns
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports

Work Flexibility & Time Zone Availability

  • Willing to work flexible hours when required
  • Available for client meetings across multiple time zones including
  • UK, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy, Europe, and Australia

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confidence in sales calls and client handling
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

Good to Have

  • Experience in IT services or agency sales
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
  • LinkedIn B2B outreach experience
