Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: 18,000 per month + Incentives + Fuel Support

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves strategic sales planning, client visits, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Job Description:
This position will report to the Partner/Director of the Company or the person designated by them. Looking at our company structure, you may have to work in multiple roles. However, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Generating and qualifying leads through calls, references, and field visits.
- Conducting client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Preparing proposals and coordinating with the technical team for project feasibility.
- Following up and nurturing prospects until closure.
- Maintaining CRM records and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Developing strategies with the team to expand market reach.
Required Skills:
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
- Presentable with good client-handling ability.
- Basic understanding of solar or automation products preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 03 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Work Details:
Work Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Week Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday
Location: Nagpur (Office + On-site Projects)
Accommodation: Provided if on outstation assignment.
