Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Business Development Executive who can independently handle client meetings, understand business needs, and translate discussions into clear, structured project documentation. This role involves working on bothservice basedprojects and product offerings, along with travel for client meetings, demos, and on ground coordination whenrequired.
The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to afast pacedwork environment.Strong communicationskills, professionalism in client interactions, and the ability to grasp business and technical concepts quickly are essential for success in this role.
In addition, the candidate will contribute to social media efforts aimed at improving brand visibility, supporting outreach, and strengthening the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and requirements
- Represent the company in discussions, presentations, and follow ups
- Support client acquisition and ongoing engagement across services and products
- Travel as needed for meetings, demos, and relationship building
- Convert client inputs into structured documents such as proposals, scope of work, feature lists, and functional notes
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for sales andpre salesactivities
- Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and shared with internal teams
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements
- Act as the communication link between clients and internal teams
- Build a working understanding of software project workflows and product capabilities
- Contribute to social media activities focused on branding, visibility, and lead generation
- Assistin B2B outreach initiatives including LinkedIn engagement and targeted communication
- Track basic campaign performance and share observations
- Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, client interactions, and project documents
- Keep documentation organized and up to date
- This is a cross functional role requiring flexibility and a proactive approach across diverse responsibilities
- Be adaptable to dynamic work timings whenrequired
