Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
  • Generate quality leads through cold calls, meetings, networking events, and market research.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Present and pitch Suisan Lifecare's products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in developing business development strategies and sales plans.
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Attend internal meetings and provide updates on business development progress.
