Business Development Executive - Demand Generation
Studio Orion - Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Position Purpose
Generate demand through extensive field activities by building relationships with architects, interior designers, and project managers in the luxury residential segment to prospect new projects and bring qualified clients to the flagship store.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to meet architects, interior designers, team members of architects / interior designers and project managers to understand their ongoing and upcoming luxury residential project requirements.
- Identify and prospect new luxury residential projects through market research, networking events, and systematic territory coverage to build a strong project pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and their team members working on residential projects to position Studio Orion as the preferred furnishing solution provider.
- Engage with project managers and homeowners of new residential projects to understand their furnishing needs, timelines, and budget parameters.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits to the flagship store by effectively communicating Studio Orion's value proposition and generating interest during field interactions.
- Conduct minimum 5 architect, interior designer, or client meetings per week to ensure consistent demand generation and pipeline development.
- Provide comprehensive briefings to the store team about client requirements, project context, and design preferences to ensure seamless handover and effective conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of all field interactions, prospect information, project details, and scheduled store visits in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager - Business Development to develop territory coverage plans and execute demand generation strategies effectively. Participate in field events for demand generation.
- Gather market intelligence about upcoming luxury residential projects, competitor activities, and architect preferences to identify new business opportunities.

- Number of field visits and meetings conducted weekly (minimum 5 per week)
- Number of new luxury residential projects prospected monthly
- Number of architect and interior designer relationships established
- Qualified leads generated and handed over to store team
- Conversion rate from generated leads to store visits
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM data entry
