Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced MarTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of one year of experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in the digital, tech, or MarTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas in the MarTech domain.

Track competitor activities and analyze their positioning to support strategic decisions.

2. Lead Identification & Prospecting

Identify, qualify, and target potential clients including brands, agencies, and enterprise businesses.

Understand client pain points and align WeAddo's offerings with their needs.

3. Client Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized pitches, proposals, and presentations.

4. Sales Execution

Implement effective outreach and sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Deliver compelling proposals highlighting our MarTech solutions and value proposition.

Support negotiation and closure of deals ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.

5. Partnership Development (Support Role)

Assist in identifying potential technology or agency partners to enhance business reach.

Coordinate on co-marketing or joint value propositions as required.

6. Market Expansion Support

Explore new industries and segments to broaden the company's client base.

Assist in expansion initiatives for new geographies or clusters.

7. Client Feedback & Insights

Gather client feedback to support internal improvements in offerings and delivery.

Share insights with marketing, product, and leadership teams for decision-making.

8. Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.

Share weekly reports, pipeline updates, challenges, and recommendations with the BD Lead/Director.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, inside sales, or client acquisition (MarTech/digital domain preferred).
  • Strong understanding or interest in MarTech, digital transformation, and marketing automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings/events as needed.
