Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive located in Puducherry. The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and foster long-term partnerships with educational institutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, cultivating client relationships, analyzing educational needs, showcasing STEMForge solutions, and ensuring seamless onboarding and post-sales customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in Business and Account Management to sustain client relationships and ensure growth.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Communication to present compelling solutions and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess educational organizations needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in education technology or working with schools or educational institutions is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptability and a growth-oriented mindset to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools and colleges to schedule meetings
  • Connect with principals, deans, and management
  • Convert leads into MoUs and partnerships
  • Support overall sales and business development activities
