Job Overview: Stellar Consulting Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives for a high-activity outbound calling sales role. You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospects
- Introduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offerings
- Understand client needs and record accurate follow-up details
- Maintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversions
- Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets
