Role Summary

Shree HR Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Apprenticeship Services (NAPS/NATS). The role will focus on identifying potential employers, promoting apprenticeship hiring solutions, and building long-term client relationships through structured business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop business for Apprenticeship Programs under NAPS and NATS
  • Identify and generate new employer leads through multiple sourcing channels, including:
  • Professional networks (LinkedIn)
  • Corporate websites and online directories
  • HR portals and industry databases
  • Referrals and market networking
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and formal meetings
  • Present apprenticeship solutions highlighting cost efficiency, statutory benefits, and compliance support
  • Understand client workforce requirements and recommend suitable apprenticeship models
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of apprenticeship engagements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and MIS reports
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience or strong interest in Apprenticeship, Skill Development, or HR Consulting
  • Knowledge of Apprentices Act, 1961, NAPS, and NATS is desirable
  • Ability to independently source and qualify decision-maker contacts
  • High level of professionalism, persistence, and result orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up capabilities
  • Analytical approach to understanding client requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
